A List of Ascension Issues
In Therapy and Reconditioning your lives
There are quite a few ascension issues relating to the body/mind and spirit. I will try and list the most common.
THE MIND/BRAIN:
- Headaches. Cluster and common, dizzy headaches, Vertigo/Inner ear/Ringing/Ear fluid/Reddish orange ear wax
- Eye problems / shooting lights under eye lids / eye lights around the sides of the eyes
- Sinus problems and upper resp. allergies all the time / chronic hay fever / pink eye
- Teeth problems / itchy mouth / dehydration / sometimes burning tongue sensations, moving around of the jaw often.
- Skin - hot flashes, energy flashes, hot flushes, cold flushes, chills with no fever, low grade temps, itchy skin/spongy sensation sometimes / Raynard's syndrome (parts of the hands or fingers turn solid white with no color, other parts are bright pink or red. Doesn't have to be cold out for this to happen, nerves are compressed and must warm up the area gradually), nodules on skin/in skin.
- Long shiny nails, brittle nails if sinus infection or upper resp infection.
- Overactive brain, mind or thinking constantly, a love of art or reading could pick up speed and that's all you seem to do is read about something or in general.
- Appetite will increase and you may eat 2x your body weight and or 3x without gaining much weight.
Slooowed metabolism, constipation issues, acid indigestion, trouble sleeping, increase water or flavored water intake. I like the Mi0 energy squirters from the store you add them to water and it flavors it with an electrolyte beverage like powerade or gatorade/gatorlyte and I recommend lots of these.
Psychic ability and empathy could also pick up at this point and getting used to it requires some practice. If you eat healthy you will acquire some psychic abilities.
You may think these issues are apart of a health problem and they are, they are tied to one or all of the following disabilities:
- GERD / Acid reflux
- IBS or IBDS
- Fibro
- RA
- Anxiety disorder or social anxiety disorder
- Nervous disorder (where the nerves don't send signals back and forth like usual)
- Neuropathy/MSD
- Schitzophrenia
- Psychotic Behaviors / Manic behavior
- Color blindness
- PTSD
- Nearsightedness
- Farsightedness
- Dyslexic spellers
- AGORAPHOBIA
- OCD
- Excessive Gas/ADENOMYOSIS/Endometriosis/Muscle twitching
