Light Codes, Grids and Ascension Jargon

When the ascension movement became popular over a decade ago, the ground work was simple, you listened to evolutionary music and if you were ascension bound, you would sweat, your heartbeat sped up, or slowed down, and you received some sort of knowledge or wisdom from the guides, or your angels or whatever assistance you believe you had at that time. I was one of these people, and the way the heart sped up and slowed down is different than if one ran to the store and came home and rested. I was sitting in a chair at my computer and not expecting anything at all to happen. The music, from shapeshifter which was visionary music was calm, and would not cause the heart to speed up from tempo or shocking crashing sound or anything like this and it was not an expectation, like I expect to ascend because I am listening to this.
To sweat when listening to calming music, dna or sleep sounds or any other relaxing sound or mindful music is to release the old, and experience the new. It is just something your energy form knows how to emit, and knows how to submit to the practice. I am still able to do it today as well. When I am bombarded with lost feelings of a familiar place, I also sweat, heart speeds up a little, and as I cry (as I am a crier) I experience joy and release through my throat, heart chakras out through my stomach chakra and back in again through the stomach or base/root chakra. Back in the day the solar plexus chakra also moved and vibrated allot as I let go of a lot of repetitive memory and pain from my past and my past lives.
When women have hot flashes, it is not always menopausal related, of course menopause is often misunderstood and is not the death of a woman's body or mind or spirit, it is the birth of a new age body and form and spirit, when they sweat they release the old imprints of their lives, and when they hot flush as well (which are not pleasant) it is to warn them they are about something they should not be around or someone, and as soon as they release the environment these flushes normally go away. They may come back as flushing is also a way to cleanse the skin of a woman's form, to rid of toxins or buildup of feelings she has yet to release.
There is a difference in the way spiritual energy flows and physical energy manifests. If one exercises or runs - one knows we sweat, our heart beat excels and we turn red from exertion in the face and the form as we work on fitness. There is no spiritual connection found in the physical , except perhaps in yoga and even then, limited. In the spiritual manifest we feel connected to Source energy when we are in the Light or even in the Dark or shadow as Source is also both, we feel loved, cherished and prepared for. Least I do. We cry and we release, we heat up receive these transmissions. These are known as Light codes. They can not be seen only felt. They feel like a transmission passing over the head or the form or spirit body. It connects to us and protects us in our daily lives. It tells us how to prepare for the next part of our energy journey.
Ascension is an energy process in which we stop living a dead life and start being more alive than ever, even if we live in a transmutal area or state, we are still more aware and are joined with our past lives and past selves as we prepare to be immortal or longed lived on the planet for quite some to come. Not everyone can ascend which is unfortunate, so they are unhappy and want to bring down the experience for others. You will be taken care of regardless if you are in control of yourself or not. It is not Salian fault that Saphians (Homosaphians) can not ascend. You can live a good life and any time you wish to quit it, say In a positive tone outloud "I am tired. I would like to stop incarnating now." Don't worry if you think you are not heard you have been heard and you will be seen too. In the beginning a decade ago not everyone was aware of who could and could not ascend, we thought everyone could at one point or the other. You have to have specific genes and dna to ascend just as you do to incarnate. Most "Seeds" think this is their first humanoid experience on this planet. They do not have sacred dna that genetically imprints on their being where they come from and where their going. You should not worry about this and live your life fully to the fullest now. That is your message and song. Don't worry about then or what you may be, if you are anything its treasure to be opened in the present. That is why its called the Gift. To quote the nice turtle shaman from Kung fu Panda 1. Another thing is we get so caught up in what we have done, where we have been, we don't focus on the Now. The Now is the most important moment. You are the realization that we are in a grand new time and era of the star culture history. Be your being. Be the Light or the shadow you believe you need to be. Practice and meditate. Don't worry. Don't stress. You can control nothing no more than you ever could about your past. It does not matter, no one is judging you.
Another thing is blogs often talk about how starseeds get transmissions. This is not true. Those who get transmissions are already pure energy, so they can transmute. They can also Lasmute and Pasmute on their own. They would know more after this transmission was received so they would be upgraded and know where they've been and where they're going. What the purpose is and so on. There is not a term for star seed in any star language. Other than Nephilim and they are not good beings. Stealers, haters, theives, freaks, sodomy people, pedophiles, defilers, and unclean people. How could you want to be a seed or an egg, in a star? This is not physical possible, the egg or seed would explode. This is not spiritual possible - spirituality can not make an egg hatch or a seed bloom. It takes the egg being sat on by its mother or it takes water and dirt if the seed is planted. It is a natural process, and is not genetics. Star seeds are mortals. They believe they are like us and want to be like us to fit in with us and be liked and well received. Just like any peer pressure group or any other group with social anxiety disorder and depression.
Grids are tables or energy grids that raise a vibration of a certain area. The Grid is charged with raised energy or transmission of codes and is carried into an area. These codes transmute daily needs to the star kin (not seeds but Annunaki) who are naturally themselves and aligned with Source and so on.
Don't be swayed by false light workers and false blogs. They just want attention and most all are selling some false product or pushing some fake social community.
