Ascension & Food
Now that you have ascended, what do you eat and drink?
Now that you have ascended or you are reconditioning, and such what should you eat and drink?
Things too Eat more of:
- Fruits
- Veggies
- Smoothies
- Nuts and Seeds
- Cereals & Grains (unless your intolerant to grains)
- Lean Meat (Turkey, Chicken and Fish but not sea fish)
- Protein Drinks (Carnation Instant Breakfasts, Occasionally Ensure)
- Gator Lyte, Aid and Powerade's
- Alkali Water
- Whole White Milk / Chocolate Milk
- OJ and other Fruit Juices
- Yogurts - Not Greek Yogurts however
- Ice-creams and Fruit Pops
- Whole Fruit Jellies or Gummies
- Coffee with cream or plain
- Some Soda
- Mi0 energy drink mix and Sport mix (goes in water)
- Bacon (be careful because many brands are being targeted with food poisoning)
Things to eat and drink less or not at all:
- Kool-Aid + Crystal light drink mixes even if your diabetic
- Eggs of any sort and prepared anyway.
- Bread (Bread is just not good like it used to be)
- Hot dogs and Processed meats (Bologna, Turkey, Ham, Chicken deli meats and cold cuts)
- Anything from Steaks, Pork chops and roasts, beef roasts, anything from Pigs, Cows (Except Milk), and Ducks, Odd game, Bear, Possum etc
- Any kind of sea or shellfish, shrimp, crayfish, crawdads, crab, lobster, any sea fish (other than salmon, catfish and tilapia)
- Wine and Beer, any alcohol, any wine cooler, any kind of beer product
- Anything with Stevia Extract in it
- Honey, real honey (honey is bee pee, puke and their "jism" for lack of a better term and is laced with their venom)
- Lots of Salt
- Liver and any innards product or "pig feet, ears or guts and brains"
- Potato chips, most of it is air popped grease.
- Popcorn due to the butter grease issue.
- Ross bottled water.
- Artesian Water
- Yogurts and Yogurt with *Probiotics* These can make some people sick.
- Peanut Butter and Nutella. Yuck.
Moderate:
- Avocados. If you like them moderate their use in your diet.
- Cane sugar. It's not evil but loads of it is not good.
- Salt. Too much is bad.
- Rice - Big rice eaters need to only eat rice about 3 times a month.
- Pasta: Big pasta eaters need to only eat it about 3 times a month as well.
- Snack cakes. They are good but moderate how many you eat a week.
- Coffee Try to drink no more than two cups a day and for those who like coffee drinks, you should try for only three a month.
- Vaporized water - Addictive but you will be craving it when there is none, so watch your intake about 5 times a month. get enough to last you if you just have a freak water attack.
- Cookies and Cookie snacks - Limit yourself about 5 per week.
- Cheese - I know we live for and die without the cheese. Try to eat no more than 5 small blocks a month. (Cheese is my thing too)
- Microwave good for your meals - They aren't. But try to eat no more than two of anything from the frozen food section a month. This leads to more sickness in the colds department in winter.
Fruits you should leave alone entirely:
- Eggplant. It's mainly just water and will help you in the bathroom and that's all it does.
- Any kind of Cactus limbs: Seems "exotic", cactus will harm more than it helps. This includes the Snapple Rain elements brand which has agave cactus in it. Nope, it's useless.
- Plantains: They look like large bananas. They contain starch. They will not help you with your libido or mojo.
- Kiwi: 1 is still too tangy. They don't really do anything except hurt your tongue. They are related to the cactus people.
- Any of the hot peppers. This burns your stomach, and there should be no ego left to boast about. They used to put this pepper juice in the glue-to-glue houses together in the 1920's in Texas and New Mexico. That's what it's for, not eating.
Veggies:
- Radishes: Ok not a fruit, but radishes are bitter and can make the rest of your meal bitter as well, even after its swallowed or spit out. It will not help with indigestion.
- Black eyed peas, any pea other than the green pea, as well as butter, lima, pinto and beans, green beans: This is just food stock. It has no real health benefit and never has. It was what pa and ma put on the table, it went with cornbread. Red beans also they cause gas, and it stinks. Beans are a poor meal.
- Zucchini: It is a nice squash, but not a squash relative. It is related to cauliflower, and other than zinc it has no actual benefits. It bulks up the colon and the pancreas, and the appendix. (this causes sugar, which builds cellulite, it over works your body, best to leave it alone) It does have small amounts of Vitamin A BUT if you pickle it or boil it, it vanishes! You don't get the zinc or the vitamin A.
- Artichoke Hearts: Real good with garlic butter but also when boiled or broiled basically air dipped in garlic butter. It is better to eat a cup of broccoli.
Meats you should always leave alone:
- Hammock which smells and looks like pig a**hole. Yeah, it won't help with your mojo either. (it is pig butthole btw. African Americans swear it will help with their sexual drive, but it doesn't)
- Crab/meat/Legs: It won't help with your libido or drive either. Basically, sea creatures are the representation of land animals, most of the crab family represent sea ticks... I will let you do the math.
- Strickalene/Fat Back is the skin shaved off a pig or boar. No don't use this. Yuck.
- Cooking Oils: That stuff that's clear and smells like hairspray and hand Sani should be left alone. It's poisonous and has killed people. It should go without saying also you shouldn't put hand Sani in your food or smoke it as vape or a drug. It will put holes in your brain. Vaping period, no matter how healthy will put holes in your brain every time. Don't Vape.
- Liver, Gizzard, Neckbones, Hearts, Brains, Ears, feet, tails, stomachs, ass, no leave it all alone.
- Pig skins - literally grease fried pig skin shaved off. No thanks.
- Vienna, Potted meat, deviled ham, any kind of meat in a can except:
- Chicken Vienna, chicken in a can, tuna in a can, salmon in a can, beef stew in a can (the meat will be turkey, not cow now), and maybe the packs of chicken/salmon/tuna and maybe a spam pack (turkey only) every now and again, only about 3 a year because its so salty.
Other things:
- Cake: Cake is great if consumed no more than three times a year. Small cakes and donuts are the same unless they contain fruit.
- Pam Spray: Corn oil or not its just best to use a soup like cream of chicken to get the desired taste you want. There are still things in the spray that is harmful.
What will help me lose weight? Most of the weight you have is lymph fluid that gets stuck, so you should look for ways to tone or do a gut cleanse to help you get this fluid under control. Don't eat processed meats, refrigerated meals, including salads, and deli cold cuts and bread and lots of cheese. This bulks up sugar which equals cellulite which is the fluid as well. Cellulite is also cholesterol which is unhealthy. Do not eggs or anything like this as it will contribute to more health problems than you can shake a stick at.
You should also regularly about once a week drink MiraLAX even if you are not constipated to help stuck poop move through your bowel and system. This will help your gut stay healthy and help with access water and fluids. (Especially if you are over 40, near peri menopause, and or crave beer if you are a man and you regularly drank at one time) If you can't sleep very well at night or before or after 2am this regime is for you to try.
Try to walk more and exercise more even if it's just going up the stairs extra per day at this time or doing chair yoga. Do not drink tons of access water like they say, start with a sport water, this will work better to replace your electrolytes. I use Mi0 sport water mix. Try and only drink three of these bottles a day.
Tone: you will want to tone up. Instead of over exercising just start with a toning exercise and stay at it every day for at least three months.
It's in our heads to look like Barbie. This is an unreal expectation, and we need to look more toned than like a barbie doll. You should be able to carry 50 pounds on your back or lift it with no issue after this toning. This hones the mind and makes you perceptive, this brings focus. You are attentive and aware. After you become aware you should try some self-defense classes. This will help with your self-esteem and body awareness issues if any.
