Not being able to sleep well

For a couple of years now, lots of people dealing with evolution and also Fibro/RA/Depression and Anxiety could not sleep well. They would wake up around 2 am and not be able to go back to sleep. This is one of the most common ascension issues, because most people work a day-to-day job and even the ones who don't find this issue irritating.
In the past, when we were ascended, we slept in the same way, except we did not have the same worries we do now and most of our artistic being came about at that time, so we were up creating, or doing a night watchman job, and or we visited loved ones at that time of the evening, because they lived close to us.
For those like me who worked a security round, the watch began about 2 am and ended around 8 am, which is standard for most security details, so our bodies, literally are adjusted to waking up around 2am and staying awake, because we were of a similar mind frame with our ascension back in the day. Others with similar disabilities could also have at one time, been security or a night watchman, thus in bio energy explains why you can't go back to sleep at those times.
It is better to get up at that time and do something productive for at least an hour and a half, and then see if you can lay back down and nap before your alarm goes off for the day. Most of us who wake up at night like this end up hating our day jobs and will end up quitting them in about a year because this work is repetitive and we find that we like working at night like in times of old, better.
It is recommended for these people to lay down around 4pm or 5pm if possible and sleep until after midnight to feel more rested but if you have kids and your life is a rat race then this will not be very doable for you.
